Ryan is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt training and coaching out of Myalo Martial Arts in Kilkenny, Ireland. But aside from breaking ankles and winning titles, Ryan is just a good dude who's passionate about helping others learn through Martial Arts.

In this conversation, I try to explore the motivation behind Ryan's ultimate goal to become a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu World Champion. We discuss social norms, injuries, mindset, and have a laugh along the way!
